Mother-in-law suite with kitchen, washer and dryer, TV and VCR in most rooms, extra refrigerator, king, queen sleeper in living room. Rate includes linens and departure cleaning. Large oceanfront hot tub, charcoal grill. Pet-friendly cottage- $100 non-refundable fee per dog - 30 lbs. weight limit maximum. This is a non-smoking cottage.
