Through CSA Travel Insurance Company, let Atlantic Beach Realty ease your mind about losing your hard earned money should your Atlantic Beach vacation plans be cancelled due to job loss.

"Your involuntary termination of employment or layoff; which occurs more than 15 days after your effective date of coverage and was not under your control. You must have been continuously employed with the same employer for 1 year prior to the termination or layoff. This provision is not applicable to temporary employment, independent contractors or self-employed persons."

Travel protection insurance charges are automatically added to your advance rental payment. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO PURCHASE CSA TRAVEL PROTECTION, YOU MAY DELETE THE CHARGE BY SIGNING WHERE INDICATED ON THE LEASE. The travel protection insurance is optional BUT strongly recommended. We advise you to purchase this travel protection insurance so you and your family will be financially reimbursed in cases of unforeseeable events. This includes protection against loss of vacation time due to job loss, severe storm evacuations, medical emergencies, and other benefits too numerous to list in this space.
